God's will is impossible to discern apart from the Spirit of God
1. Learning about God does not come from just studying scripture
2. God is not formulaic
Make your will to do God's will
1. Trust God's will
2. Be open to the wonders and marvels God does before your eyes
3. You must yield and submit
God's will can only be found when you submit
1. If anyone's will is to do God's will, he will know
2. When you come before God's will, it will trouble you

Spiritual gifts without the fruit of the spirit is nothing 1 Corinthians 13:1-3
1. If I speak in tongues of men or of angels
2. If I have the prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge
3. If I can have all faith, so as to remove mountains
4. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship
Your gift is not given out of need, but a gift
1. Your gift is not your identity or who you are to God
2. God does not need you to add to Him or His glory
3. The scriptures are not stale words that need us or the gifts to bring it to life
You have potential, but it needs to be fulfilled
1. Who is setting that potential of who you are called to be?
2. Hebrews 5:12

Sermon Title: The Standard

You are released from the standard of God by Christ
1. For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23)
2. We are called to holiness (1 Peter 1:16)
There is therefore now no condemnation for those whoa are in Christ (Romans 8:1)
1. Don't find comfort in the law, but Christ alone
2. If God no longer condemns you, don't condemn yourself
First take the log out of your own eye (Matthew 7:5)
1. Blame shifting needs to come to an end
2. Love covers a multitude of sins (1 Peter 4:8)
